You are about to listen to a clip from a radio documentary called Playing with Pride. It tells the story of a primary school girls’ Gaelic football team from inner-city Dublin as they get ready for a big semi-final match. In the first clip you will hear their teacher/manager explain what it is like for his students growing up in inner-city Dublin. You will then hear him talk to his students during the match. In the second extract you will hear the teacher and his students talking as the match ends.
