We are very excited about the future and the opportuniti es it will bring. We are never complacent though, we will conti nue to strive to improve in everything we do. • We will be conti nuing investment in clinical skills and simulati on training


• We will be investi ng in developing clinical quality improvement skills at ward level and encouraging teams to work together on Quality Improvement projects


• We will be creati ng a new role of Associate Director for Associated Health Professionals in the Chief Nurse’s team. This role will enhance further joint working and challenge traditi onal professional boundaries for the benefi t of our pati ents.


• We look forward to welcoming students from other universiti es and our nursing associates and apprenti ces


• We will develop new models of mentorship to support our students


• We will conti nue to our capital programme to remove nursing stati ons and improve the clinical environment
