May, 2016 Vitrox Offers Range of Inspection Systems
Penang, Malaysia — ViTrox Technol - ogies now offers a complete product portfolio of inspection systems and solutions. With the addition of its V- One software, the company has tied together its lineup of inspection sys- tems.
The company's new V310 3D SPI
system inspects boards up to 510 x 505mm (20.1 x 19.9in). Even in high- speed mode the machine is capable of accurately detecting defects. The sys- tem is compatible with the variety of materials used during PCB assembly. The programmable spatial light mod- ulation (PSLM) of the machine elimi- nates mechanical operation and mov- ing parts, greatly improving its ease of use and reliability, as well as reduc-
ing its maintenance costs. Its patent- ed D-lighting achieves full light spec- trum detectability, which aims to solve the shadow effect and reduce
interference during 3D measurement. Its multi-head technology in -
spects solder paste with three-color structured lighting and acquires multiple photos from different angles in order to shorten the inspection process. Also a part of the line, the V810
V810 mini 3D SPI system.
Mini has the smallest footprint of any in-line 3D advanced X-ray inspection system, certified by TUV SUD and TUV CE in Machine Directive, EMC and Rheinland (NRTL). The Mini is designed for the automotive industry and provides fast inspection speed and wide test coverage. It supports up to 4.5kg (9.9lbs) of board weight and a maxi- mum board size of 287 x 523mm
(11.3 x 20.6in). With the introduction of the
motorized X-ray tube, the system now offers even greater top clearance of up to 50mm (2in) and bottom clearance of 80mm (3.1in). ViTrox's V-One software com-
bines all of the company's software into one suite of solutions to connect all its inspection machines in an SMT production line, in order to monitor their performance in real- time. V-One allows users to manage factories more efficiently and to han-
dle factory resources remotely. Contact: ViTrox USA, 165

operates at UHF band frequencies, including 380-520MHz and 698- 960MHz, to improve public safety radio coverage. The Clarity Pearl antennas comply with requirements set by the International Fire Code and National Fire Protection Association codes for public safety indoor commu- nication. The antennas have a thin, white, UV-stabilized plastic radome that is 311mm (12.24in) in diameter and a low profile, which protrudes only 9.5mm (0.37in) below the ceiling. The Monarch series of multi-
Suppression (MRS) technology to let you see like never before. An easy-to-use software superhuman results, which is, metrology grade accuracy at production speed.
