COMMERCIAL LAW
Following its successful conferences for the Government Legal Service (GLS) commercial law community, the GLS Commercial group working closely with the National School, is currently devising training on this important area of government legal business, looking at, for example, Public Finance Initiative (PFI) and Public/Private/Partnership (PPP) projects, procurement, state aid, contract terms and grant funding arrangements. The Group also wants to enable the sharing of good practice and legal know-how with colleagues in this field and encourage the development of commercial awareness. Look on the National School website and LION intranet for further details as the training comes on-stream.
