The Resilient Leader
A new model of sustainability in leadership
Designed for those who have to take responsibility for making things happen and are dependent on the performance of others to do so and who also recognise the importance of economic and environmental sustainability.
Using a diagnostic tool and 360° feedback (Sustainable Leadership), this intensive module enables participants to construct a new paradigm, move on from outmoded behaviours – albeit ones which may have contributed to previous success – and replace them with skills that are more pertinent to the challenging times we now find ourselves in.
Effective leadership is now of a magnitude of importance never previously experienced. Whilst the ultimate solutions to environmental and economic challenges may be the prerogative of world leaders, public sector leaders also have a critical role to play in moving society towards a more sustainable future.
