Cross-Cultural Communication

An appreciation of cultural and religious differences

For all staff. In many organisations today, the workforces as well as the service users are multicultural. This workshop provides you with the knowledge you need in order to communicate and work effectively across cultural and religious differences.

The workshop provides an introduction to culture, both in general concepts and in some of the practicalities of day-to-day communication. It will also heighten your comprehension of multicultural behaviours rather than providing a platform to develop stereotypes, and will provide you with a foundation for becoming a culturally competent communicator.

TEAM DEVELOPMENT

Teamworking Events

As organisations continue to develop their vision for the future, teamworking has never been such a key element in achieving goals. In order to respond to these new challenges in a strategic direction, it’s essential to encourage collaboration and cohesion within and across teams.

Whether you are a new team looking to make a great start or an established team wanting to re-examine your ways of working, we can tailor an event to your needs. Maybe you want a facilitator to guide you through a planning process. Perhaps you want to make better use of the strengths in your team, improve communications or build a greater sense of cohesion. We have a wealth of experience in helping teams work though these issues.

Events typically range from a half-day to three days and, although structured, are highly participative in nature. These can take place indoors or outdoors, whatever your preference.
