Mentoring and Coaching Partnerships
For people who want to add mentoring to their portfolio of skills and who want to clarify the potential role of mentoring within their organisation. Coaching Supervision
For those who are coaching others and need time and space to reflect on issues that arise with a colleague, one-to-one or within a facilitated group. This confidential process allows you to raise specific issues, air tensions or use a case study to more fully explore what is taking place in the relationship with your client.
