APPENDIX POLICY: PROCEDURES: In the event of a loss in the water supply:
1. In the event that water service to facility is disrupted, a short-term water supply of bottled water will be pur- chased from

7. Other sources of fluid to aid in maintaining hydration of residents are fruit juices, liquid from canned fruit, canned soups, gelatin, bottled beverages, and ice cream.
8. Staff will distribute water and fluids to residents. 9. Non-potable water will be stored in the hot water storage tanks (approximately
