Adhesive from DELO Coats Chips in MEMS Sensors

Delomonopox GE4825 has been developed to easily coat chips in MEMS sensors and other semicon- ductors with a uniform thickness of less than 100 µm and not extend be- yond the chip’s edges. The black-col- ored adhesive protects chip surfaces, covers logic structures and is able to
