From this site you can also register for the e-bluey system which sends electronic letters to Service personnel on operations. A much quicker system than the normal ‘bluey’ air mail letter and it is totally confidential.
The Forces Post Offices (FPO) throughout the Garrison provide most of the normal facilities that you would find in a Post Office in the UK. All transactions conducted within them are paid for in Euros, so whilst you buy a standard UK 1st class stamp you will pay the euro equivalent.
There are various post boxes around the Garrison area and all units have their own post boxes. All the BFPO boxes are red. You must not enable non-entitled persons to make use of BFPO facilities. To do so is contrary to Standing Orders and the NATO Status of Forces Agreement, and the penalties are severe.

Important. Barracks location (e.g. Sennelager) or the word GERMANY must NOT be used in the address.
Main Post Office Sennelager Tel: 05254 982 2572 (Mmil: 79 x 2572) This is located in Normandy Barracks near the Guardroom and customers are requested to park their cars on the main square in the allocated parking spaces and not to park in the post office compound.
