BFGNet website is the website for everyone living and working in British Forces Germany, both forces and civilian.
It has separate 'community' pages for each Garrison, with a link to the Paderborn Garrison website in these pages.
HIVE Information Centre Electronic Newsletter All HIVE’s across Europe design and distribute a weekly e-newsletter, containing information of what is going on in and around your Garrison, including events that are happening in the German community.
You can now receive your weekly copy of your local HIVE E-Newsletter via email, just follow the 4 simple steps below to subscribe today:-
1. Visit
www.hive-europe.co.uk. 2. Under the tab “HIVE Mainland Europe Locations” select your local HIVE
3. On the Left hand side you will see the E-Newsletter Tab, place your cursor over this and click on the Subscribe Online.

British Forces Television Service is a daily service supplying 8 channels of UK programming, free of charge, via satellite direct to home (DTH):
BFBS 1 – Family channel that has a bit of everything, from chat shows to soaps, drama to news, documentaries to sport. It carries the BBC News channel overnight.
BFBS 2 – is a 6-hourly repeated block of programmes with shows like CSI and the Simpsons, sci-fi and comedy.
BFBS 3 Kids – starting at 0500 and running until 1800 it does exactly what it says on the tin, and is where you'll find BFBS TV's own 'Room 785' show with birthdays and competitions for Forces' kids worldwide.
BFBS 4 – The Movie Channel. Two films a day repeated on a 4 hourly rotation.
Q Music Channel – Non-stop music videos showcasing current contemporary hit music.
Sky News – Live satellite feed of the 24 News channel from Sky TV. Sky Sports 1 – Live satellite feed of the sports channel from Sky TV. Sky Sports 2 – Live satellite feed of the sports channel from Sky TV. BFBS TV also has its own home grown forces news programme ‘BFBS Reports’. This
