We will be presenting 2 concerts again this year, one at Xmas and one in the spring. New members are very welcome - we don’t audition, so if you just enjoy singing come along. We also have a junior choir and this will start up again on the 5th September in the Church Hall but at the earlier time of 7pm. For further information, please contact Sue on 07846819362.

The Kilbarchan Singers are looking forward to their 30th Anniversary year. Since they began in 1981, the choir have sung many and varied programmes at venues throughout Renfrewshire and have also ventured further afi eld to sing in Europe, notably in Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. Rehearsals for this very special year restart in Kilbarchan on 5th September, and their talented young Musical Director, James Slimmings, has selected an exciting and interesting programme for the year ahead. The choir will be eagerly rehearsing for their forthcoming concerts on Sunday 4th December in St Andrews Cathedral, Glasgow (a charity event in aid of The Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice) and Saturday 10th December in Kilbarchan West Church. Look out for more details nearer the time. New members would be welcomed in the Tenor and Bass sections and anyone interested should contact Alison on 0141 580 6292.
