It also features Philips MSR GOLD 700/2 MiniFastFit lamp, half-power function on shutters closed status and optional wireless DMX receiver.

ACOUSTIC TECHNOLOGIES | NR4800A www.atprofessional.com.au

The Acoustic Technologies NR4800A is a stage floor monitor system featuring 4 x 8-inch bass / mid transducers in a quad coupled array providing superior transient response to conventional single driver systems. The low frequency components are centred on a conical wave-guide coupled to a neodymium HF compression driver. This geometry provides a coherent, coaxial-like output across the entire audio spectrum, with very low distortion and remarkably uniform polar response. An efficient dual channel Class D amplifier module complete with a fully integrated switch mode power supply powers the NR4800A. BvNET hardware and Podware software provides complete control and monitoring of the NR4800A’s amplifiers and internal DSP system and facilitates networking in multi-cabinet systems. AT manufactures a wide range of loudspeaker systems which incorporate BvNET / Podware, allowing a fully networked system to be controlled and monitored from a single convenient location. For even more capability Podware can be used as a plug-in with AFMG SysTune. The NR4800A is constructed from the highest quality Finnish Birch Ply coated with AT’s proprietary elastomer AcoustiCoate protective finish, providing a robust, durable and versatile stage monitor. The NR4800A is suited to large-scale concert monitoring, live theatre, TV and film, and live production applications.

ALLEN & HEATH | GS-R24 www.allen-heath.com

Allen & Heath has unveiled the GS-R24, a high quality analogue console combined with a choice of interface modules, motorised faders for automated mix- ing, and MIDI controllers for tactile interfacing with software DAWs. Sporting a high quality mic pre-amp and 4-band fully-parametric EQ, the GS-R24 has 24 mono mic / line channels, two dual input stereo channels, two mono valve pre-amp channels, six auxes, four audio sub-group buses, a master stereo and a master mono bus. There are two studio output sub-mix sections with individual level adjustment, which source monitor signals, and a comprehensive PFL / AFL and stereo ‘solo in place’ system, ideal for use in mix-down operation. A slot in the rear panel provides optional input and output formats via a choice of plug-in interface module cards. The first module available is a 32-channel Firewire interface with ADAT optical connectivity, which provides a digital send and digital return on all the input channels and the master stereo, making a total of 32 digital inputs and outputs. The MIDI control section provides 24 channel faders, 26 Select switches, 12 rotaries, 19 MIDI switches, a further two MIDI faders and a jog wheel for scrolling functions.

AVIOM | ALLFRAME MULTI-MODULAR I/O SYSTEM www.aviom.com

Ideal for permanent installations, as well as touring and portable live sound applications, the AllFrame Multi-Modular I/O system eliminates several expensive and labour-intensive stages of the signal chain while reducing cable clutter. Instead of soldering, terminating and testing scores of analog connections; install- ing conduits; and pulling separate cables for each audio signal; the AllFrame requires only a single Cat-5e or fibre connection, plus DC power. At the centre of the AllFrame Multi-Modular I/O System is the F6 Modular I/O Frame, a multi-purpose network frame with six field-configurable I/O card slots and integrated Cat-5e and fibre optic connectivity. The AllFrame system offers users multiple connectivity options via modular I/O cards. The C4m mic / line input card provides four remote-controllable analog mic- or line-level inputs. With the same mic preamp circuitry found in Aviom’s 6416m mic input module, the C4m provides clean, transparent, archival quality sound. Inputs from the C4m can be controlled from an MCS mic control surface, select Yamaha digital consoles, or Pro64 Network Manager software. The C4o output card provides four XLR analog outputs with variable output levels, controllable in 1dB increments. For those looking to stay digital throughout the signal chain, there is the C2dio digital I/O card with 2x2 AES3 I/O with word clock I/O.

BARCO | C7 www.barco.com

In an ongoing effort to expand its fleet of mid-priced LED panels, Barco has developed the C7 – a 7mm tile for use in a multitude of display applications where image quality is critical. With 2,000 nits calibrated brightness and 7mm LED pitch, the C7 is ideally suited for presenting sharp, sophisticated imagery for high-end events and stage performances, dynamic architectural lobbies, indoor branding and advertising, and entertainment venues. The C7 offers an exceptionally wide view, with 140° horizontal and vertical viewing angles. An environmentally friendly display, the C7 features low power consumption - less than half the power use of competing products - and lightweight, for a significant utility cost savings. The C7 is part of Barco’s Elements product line, offering Barco’s know-how and image quality at the best price / performance ratio. The new C7 tile incorporates all the benefits of the C-series range including fanless operation, simple connectivity with a unified power / data connector, and integrated rigging with built-in curve capabilities. It’s also simple to install and service.

BARCO|HDX-W14 www.barco.com

The HDX-W14 is a 3D projector with advanced image processing, increased and easy control options, and a compact design.
