Nowhere is that more important than in the European market, where to be quite honest, Bally has had a great deal of change the past few years. In 2008, we moved our Europe headquarters from Barcelona, Spain to Amsterdam, The Netherlands and set up a much more structured and comprehensive sales, service, and support infrastructure.


The Amsterdam headquarters now houses the Company’s main European logistics, warehousing, financial, sales, production/assembly, and customer- service operations. At the same time, we continue to maintain satellite sales and service operations centers in France and the United Kingdom. The strong base in Amsterdam, coupled with satellite service and support centers throughout the continent, has enabled us to deliver products more quickly to the market and ensure that our customers receive the kind of superior, best-in-class support they expect from Bally.

We named Marco Herrera Vice President and Managing Director of Bally Europe, Middle East, and Africa to oversee games


and systems sales, service, and support in these regions, based in our Amsterdam Europe head office. Marco has been a key Bally management team member since 2006, leading our MCC casino and slot-management system division in Nice, France.


Marco brought in two strong leaders to focus on sales and customer support, with a dedicated focus on games and systems. Leading game sales for Europe and northern Africa is David Barrie, who most recently served as Director of
