In 2006 the Czech based sports betting operator acquired 100 per cent stake in Slovakian company Doxx which was then renamed Tipsport SK.
Tipsport, which was founded in 1991, currently operates some 1,000 betting shops in the Czech market and the acquisition was part of an expansion plan also via Poland.
