SPORTS PERFORMANCE ACADEMY FIT FACTOR 5 Category: Junior
Desired Outcome: Sports Performance Fees: Member $260 • Non-Member $300 Fees option: Once a week @ $130 member and $160 non-member
DESCRIPTION: Young Athletes will learn how periodization training can help their performance in sport exponentially! Each10 week session will include: Fitness testing, Rehabilitation and stretching for optimum healthy body performance, Strength training, Endurance training, Power and Speed training, Agility, Balance, Coordination Training, and finally; Fitness Testing to measure results. The focus will be on High Perfor- mance and developing an athlete for any sport. For the busy athlete there is the once a week option or to get the best results there is a twice a week training opportunity. Minimum and Maximum number of athletes to a coach per day are 3 to 1 and 8 to 1.

DESCRIPTION: This training program was designed for Alpine skiers specifically to improve on: Agility, Balance, Coordination, Speed, Strength, and conditioning. All competitive level junior skiers are welcome to join in the training. If you want your athlete to improve in skiing and perform to their potential - then Alpine Ontario Dryland Training is the clinic for you!
