DESCRIPTION: Teens will feel comfortable learning this small group training class. They will incorporate the basic principles from the mat to the reformer. The reformer is a spring resistant piece of equipment that helps the participants discover and correct muscular imbalances. Build on strength and co-ordination while developing lean, toned and flexible muscles. Maximum class size is 6.
