TYPES OF ADULT PROGRAMS
Lose Weight (Level 4-5) • I am fed up and want to finally lose the weight
• I have medical reasons - my doctor told me • I want to improve my self esteem, or lifestyle
• I need help form a nutritionist as I have tried everything else
• I need a personal trainer to push me
Social and lifestyle (level 1-2)
• Like coming at same time each day, seeing same people , sharing stories while maintaining fitness level
• It’s easier to maintain working out by having a friend or friends to do it with • Need motivation from other people • Want to make it part of my daily routine in life
Improve my Sport Performance (Level 4-5) • I want to increase muscle mass and cardio fitness
• I want to develop sport specific training skills, functional training • I am on a competitive team • I want to get the edge against my opponents
• I need a knowledgeable PT to get me to the next level
Get into better Shape (Level 3-4) • I want to lose my last 10lbs • I am bored of my workout routine • I want to be more physically active • I want to fit in my clothes better • I am starting new with exercise or getting back into it
• I want to get into better shape JUNIOR
• I want to get them involved in something more than video games
• I want to be able to participate in fitness program with my child
• I want my child to have fun being physically active
Fundamentals Fitness (Level 3-4)
• I want my teen to learn use the fitness centre
• I want my teen learn flexibility and calm • I want my teen to learn about core strength
• I want my teen to improve their self- esteem
• I want my teen to enjoy a great cardio workout
PROGRAMS (AGES 3-17)
Fun Fitness (Level 1-2) • I want to encourage my child to get involved in a healthy activity with other children of same
• I believe this will help my child’s development
• I want my teen to learn the fundamentals to athletic drills
Sport Performance (Level 4-5)
