DESCRIPTION: If you want your teen to have access to the Fitness Centre before they turn 15 years old... this is the course for you. The intro- ductory level starts with machine safety, gym etiquette and the principles of cardiovascular endurance and general anatomy. Participants will learn how to use the 32 stack- loaded machines, as well as, treadmills, cross-trainers and two types of bikes (recumbent and upright). Upon successful completion of Level 1, participants who are ORC members are permitted full access to the upstairs Fitness Centre.
