Did you know that ORC’s online features allow you to monitor charges on your account, sign up for clinics and even book squash courts? And, coming in fall 2010, we will have even more features, including tennis court bookings!
Accessing ORC’s Online Portal Accessing ORC Online is easy. Simply go
to
www.ontarioracquetclub.com. From here, you’ll see a picture of a computer mouse on the upper right hand side with the words “Member Online Services”. Click on it. If this is your first time, please hit “Join
Online”, then enter the requested informa- tion. If the system doesn’t accept your info, simply call the number at the bottom of this page, and the problem can be quickly rectified.
Accessing your Account Activity and Statement Now that you’re logged in, look to the leſt hand side. Here, you’ll see a list of features including “Account Information”. Under this heading, you’ll find “Transaction Listing” and “Statements”. Clicking on “Transaction Listing” will take you to a summary of your spending, plus there will be the option to view a
detailed listing between two dates. Clicking on “Statements” will take you to a screen displaying all monthly statements for the last year.
Registering for Programs and Clinics In order to take advantage of online registration, the person you are registering must be a member and you must have ac- count signing privileges at the club. Click on “Online Services” on the top of the page, and then click on “Program Registration”, finally clicking on “New Registration”. From here, you can browse our programs, adding every enrollment into your “Cart”.
Accessing Squash Bookings While logged into ORC Online, please look to the leſt hand side. Top of the list should read “Scheduler”. Click there, then on “New Schedule”. From here, you will

be able to choose the date and preferred time of the match. Underneath, you will have to select “Squash”, and then tell it if you want to play singles or doubles. Hit “Submit” to see what your options are.
