DESCRIPTION: Keep your kids moving towards good health by keeping them active and off the couch by introducing fun and inventive ways to stay fit. This program encourages children to develop their aerobic capacity, strengthen their core while performing these activities in a circuit form. Circuits are what make it fun! This program introduces the “Tween” group to a more organized workout but still includes fun activities and challenges to keep it enjoyable and age appropriate.

DESCRIPTION: This program was designed with young/new athletes in mind. The young champions clinic was designed to help introduce or reinforce the fundamentals to being an athlete; running, jumping, throwing and catching. Whatever your sport; training your agility, balance, coordination, speed, endurance, strength, and flexibility will develop your young athlete into a great athlete. This multi-faceted clinic will use ladder drills, hurdles, box jumps, exercise balls, medicine balls, hand-eye coordination drills…and many more.
