Hot yoga is a series of yoga poses for strength- ening and toning the body in a heated, calming and detoxifing environment.


What are the benefits of hot yoga? • Improves metabolism


• Detoxifies the body by sweating • Strengthens muscles and joints • Improves flexibility: stretches muscles, ligaments, and tendons Yoga is for everyone and assists in prevention of injury and illness.


Optimal humidity improves immune system, calms the body and mind. Heat allows for deeper and safer yoga poses and helps internal organs, glands and nervous system rejuvenate.


If you think yoga is only for flexible people, you are wrong! Yoga is about strengthening your body and your spine in all directions with the goal of creating union between the body, mind and spirit.


Hot Yoga @ ORC


ORC members will enjoy hot yoga classes throughout the day all week long. Hot yoga classes are included in the ORC membership for all members 15yrs and older to enjoy.


The hot yoga studio is designed to have a tran- quil feel so that you can leave your stresses at the door. Enjoy the natural sunlight, cork floors, waterfall feature, soothing music, calming décor and radiant heat; for an optimal hot yoga experi- ence.
