TENNIS

Fit Factor Rating (1 – 5)

A general reflection of an adult program’s intensity level, repetition of movement and overall caloric burn. Each program outlined in the guide has a corresponding Fit Factor Rating - another great way to help you select programs.

Ratings range from: 1 (low level, instructional, low challenge of speed and movement, slight sweat, regular breathing) to 5 (challenge of speed of reaction, movement, recovery, high volume drill or high intensity play, lots of sweating).
