HCC Training is the training and enterprise division of Hackney Community College. We have a long, successful history of working with employers. Our approach is simple:

Our expert advisers work with you to identify what training or development is needed - and then deliver that training or development in a way that fits in around your business. Training can take place in your premises or at the College – whichever works best for you. We offer various training formats, many of which are supported by Government funding, for example Apprenticeships and Train to Gain.

We also offer a host of full cost and bespoke training – specifically designed to meet your business needs.

Training staff leads to enhanced skills and productivity, better communications, improved motivation and morale - but most of all increased profits. Our range of business training services can help you in many vocational areas including:

• Business Administration • Bookkeeping and Accountancy • Cleaning Services • Computing and ITQ • Construction & Motor Vehicle • Customer Services • Creative and Cultural • Early Years and Education • English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) • Health and Social Care • Housing Management • Hospitality and Catering • Leadership and Management • Literacy and Numeracy • On-site Assessment and Training (OSAT) • Security • Sports, Leisure and Tourism • Teaching Assistants • Teacher Training

If the economic downturn has affected your business, we can help retrain or upskill your staff. For more detailed information on the training services we offer, please call us on 020 7613 9430 or email employer@hackney.ac.uk.
