As an Apprentice or trainee in Wall and Floor Tiling, you will learn the following: hand tools and their uses, cleaning and maintenance, basic tiling techniques and about the materials that you will use, how to use portable power tools, how to work safely, the building team and how it works together as a team. You will learn how to communicate and work effectively with others and learn basic building methods and construction technology. In addition you will learn how to quantify materials required for the work you will be expected to do and learn how to safely move and store materials.
