These courses are ideal if you need to improve your speaking, listening, reading, writing and spelling or your basic maths skills. Courses take place at the College and at various Community Centres in Hackney. As the courses are taught at various venues, the course code will be given to you when you enrol.
Literacy (entry levels, levels 1 and 2: day and
evening) These courses are for adults who want to gain confidence in reading, writing and spelling. You will develop your skills by working on the literacy you need in the workplace, at college and in everyday life. Courses are at different levels, times and places in order to meet your individual needs. Most daytime courses include a chance to work on your computer skills.
