It aims to provide you with the necessary knowledge, skills and understanding to operate effectively within the housing field and to familiarise yourself with a wide range of housing management and maintenance issues. The course also enables you to plan, implement and evaluate a variety of housing management and maintenance related tasks. Entry requirements: Certificate in Housing level 2 or equivalent, plus you must be working in housing or a related field. College assessment and interview.
