It aims to provide you with the necessary knowledge, skills and understanding to operate effectively within the housing field and to familiarise yourself with a wide range of housing management and maintenance issues. The course also enables you to plan, implement and evaluate a variety of housing management and maintenance related tasks. Entry requirements: Certificate in Housing level 2 or equivalent, plus you must be working in housing or a related field. College assessment and interview. It will develop your skills and knowledge in the key areas of housing finance, housing management, housing development, organisational management and housing law. It's ideal if you are looking to develop, or move into a career in housing.
