AIX AMERICAS - SEATTLE / WTCE AMERICAS - SEATTLE Launch of a double act

World Travel & Onboard Services Expo (WTCE) Americas makes its inaugural appearance in Seattle this year alongside Aircraft Interiors Expo Americas, on October 14-16

For three days Seattle will become a hub of discovery and networking for the aircraft interiors and onboard services industries with a pre-show conference on improving the passenger experience followed by a lively trade show.

WTCE Americas – Seattle Mirroring the well-established event in Hamburg, Reed Exhibitions has introduced WTCE Americas for the first time this year to run alongside AIX. Commenting on the addition, Archana

Sharma, WTCE Americas event manager, said: “It’s an interesting time for the US travel industry with cruise, rail and air travel all performing well. We have launched WTCE Americas to provide the industry with a platform where suppliers with product and services never seen before in the onboard industry can meet and network with operators. Our aim is to facilitate conversations between operators and brands as they maximise market potential and consumer appeal.” The launch has been triggered by

figures that show the USA’s fastest growing travel sector is cruising with the region’s rail industry undergoing a ‘second boom’ and US airline profits expected to hit $18.7 billion this year.

AIX Americas – Seattle Aircraft Interiors Expo Americas 2014 has attracted over 120 exhibitors from the aircraft interiors industry and over 2,000 industry attendees. Visitors can view the latest and best innovations the industry has to offer, as well as meet with companies from all over the globe.
