Toby has worked in category management, providing insight and recommendations to retail. Previously to that he worked at Coca–Cola Enterprises Ltd in account management. In his new role he will be responsible for the travel and sandwiches sectors within the foodservice channel. He is also a keen amateur chef.

Matthieu has 15 years' experience in the food industry, working at Delifrance UK developing brands such as St Michel and Bonne Maman, and at Fleury Michon dealing with Europe and North America. He will be working with in-house chefs to develop custom-created entrees for Economy and Business in North America. Matthieu replaces Paul Nanni, who is retiring but remains on the board of directors for Delta Dailyfood Canada.

Mark brings with him a two decades' of sales experience within the aviation business, including online sales, pricing, corporate programmes and sales planning at American Airlines. He will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities at SIA across trade and corporate, as well as pricing and distribution management. “It’s a really exciting time to join the team and help grow and build presence in this important market," says Mark.

DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, HIGHLAND SPRING LTD Tom will be responsible for all inflight business globally, working with partners to establish Mars as the inflight chocolate option of choice. His background includes working as a National account executive at chocolate company Lindt.

Jestin has been in the food service equipment industry for over 16 years, witseveral years in Doha and Bangkok, before moving to India in 2007. He joined Meiko in April 2014 to primarily cover the developing Indian market where Meiko has had a direct presence since 2007 and also develop the adjacent upcoming markets like Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal and the Maldives.

Shirley has joined the airline sales team and will be working closely with the director of airline business development. She joined Delta Dailyfood back in 1998 as executive assistant to the president and has been part of the management team ever since. She has experience working in fast-paced environments and has strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
