BBC World News Laura Trevelyan Anchor Laura is an anchor of the BBC’s US newscast BBC’s


World News America which broadcasts on the BBC’s global 24-hour news channel BBC World News. She was the BBC’s United Nations correspondent from 2006 to 2009 when she covered the diplomatic activity at United Nations HQ in New York, and the world body’s humanitarian and peacekeeping work in the field. She travelled with the new UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon on his first overseas trip, which was to Africa in January 2007.


Cisco Howard Charney Senior Vice President, Office of the President Howard contributes


to Cisco's strategy and direction and advises customers on implementing critical internet technologies to improve


productivity and competitiveness. He is an engineer, patent attorney, pilot and entrepreneur. During four decades in Silicon Valley he has overseen the development and proliferation of key technologies that led directly to the global build-out of the internet. Today he advises governments, universities, and industries on the next big leap in communications capabilities – the Internet of Everything, which is connecting people, processes, data and things, and will soon transform aviation and other sectors.


Lee Silber Motivational Speaker and Best Selling Author Lee is a surf shop owner who became the best


selling author of 19 books. He started his first small business at the age of eleven and has since founded five others including a chain of retail stores and a corporate training company with clients


that include the San Diego Padres, Marriott, Petco, Lucent, HP, GM, GE, and Proctor and Gamble. Silber has hosted his own radio talk show, was featured in USA Today and appeared on CNN. An award- winning speaker, Silber has given over 1,400 speeches to nearly 900,000 people around the world. Lee lives with his wife and two young sons in Mission Beach, California.

Dimiter Zahariev is an airline professional with 15 years of experience in the industry. He is responsible for the development of new initiatives from IATA’s ‘Simplifying the Business Programme’ in the areas of real-time interaction with the customer, hassle- free travel and use of biometrics in passengers' ground experience.
