Dalet On-the-Go is a new mobile app that extends the remote capabilities of Dalet users. Three key functions for journalists are included with the app: Read-In, Contribution and My Assignments.


The company claims it is the perfect tool for reporters in the field who have access to a Dalet site. The Read-In function allows users to browse and get up to date on the latest news, while with My Assignments, reporters can check their individual assignments for a given


day along and get all the necessary details. Additionally the

NOA’s mediARC will feature new enhancements for the inclusion of rich media including full support for videoscene detection, updated streaming servers for easier intranet content preview of rich content and video content; and the ability to launch retranscoding export operations via API from lossless compressed videoarchive formats. In addition, the company’s new- look actLINE range now includes full mediABUTLER support for WMV and open source video formats such as ffv1; and the integration of third- party transcoders such as Rhozet Carbon Coder for all typical production formats.
