SUMMER CAMP GUIDE 2012 ICE SKATING
1st – 6th Grade | $203/$243 | Sessions 2, 5, 7, 9, 10 | Ada Harris
Join the fun on the ice and escape the hot San Diego weather. This camp is designed to be a fun learning experience for beginner to intermediate ice skaters. Campers will get a 30 minute instructional lesson every day followed by a 3 hour public session lead by San Diego Ice Arena Staff. Ice skates are provided.
ITTY BITTY ALL STARS
Kindergarten | $210/$255 Sessions 4*, 9 | YMCA
Does your kindergartener want to learn how to play sports like the pros? Campers will spend the week learning and playing sports like t-ball, basketball, soccer and kickball. Camp staff will provide a fun and engaging environment to let your camper explore the sport and learn the skills. Campers will also have the opportunity to participate in traditional camp activities like arts and crafts, songs and games. GO LIL ALL STARS!
ITTY BITTY CHEFS’
Kindergarten | $230/$276 Sessions 4*, 9 | YMCA
Does your little one like to help in the kitchen? Feed that curiosity by enrolling them in this camp where they will learn the fundamentals of cooking. They will get lots of hands on experience working with different foods and recipes throughout the week preparing everything from appetizers to desserts. The week culminates with a picnic feast for families prepared by campers and a recipe book for them to take home!

The world is full of new experiences and things to be explored. This camp will dive into a pool of knowledge. We will go over basics that will be helpful in kindergarten from alphabets to numbers. Campers will be exposed to unique animals and unique science experiments.
ITTY BITTY MUSIC
Kindergarten | $230/$276 Session 6, 8 | YMCA
This camp is music to your ears! This camp will include an introduction to music through fun games and
activities led by the experts at Arimaw Productions. Shake, rattle and sing your way into this camp designed especially for Kindergarteners. Your camper will explore many facets of the musical experience through speaking, singing, moving, dancing, listening, making and playing a variety of instruments. At the end of the week there will be one fi nal encore and all parents are invited to attend.
ITTY BITTY OOEY GOOEY SCIENCE
Kindergarten | $230/$276 Sessions 6, 8 | YMCA
Become this year’s messiest scientist! Campers will make silly putty and giant bubbles, play with compounds that bubble over and change colors, create concoctions that spill all over and get messy with fun and exciting projects.
