Santa Clara, CA, Lodge hosted a Court of Honor Ceremony for new Eagle Scout Matthew Brodack, of lodge-sponsored Boy Scout Troop No. 394, and gave him a certificate and a US flag. Golden, CO, Lodge members distrib- uted dictionaries to nearly 290 third- grade students in six schools.
Littleton, CO, Lodge donated nearly $480 to the state major project, Laradon Hall, which provides residen- tial, educational, and vocational services to people with developmental disabilities. Funds for the donation were raised at two Dirty Dog Thurs- day hot dog sale fund-raisers. The lodge also held a Bake Sale fund- raiser and raised nearly $360 for lodge Americanism projects.
Telluride, CO, Lodge held its annual two-day Turkey Bingo fund-raiser, in which nearly 300 people participated, and raised $1,000 for Telluride Angel Baskets, which provides year-round assistance to needy families.

Aripeka, FL, Lodge, with the help of officers from the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office, Pasco County Sheriff’s Office Citizens Support Group members, and McGruff the Crime Prevention Dog, held the Hal Steffes Special Children and Young Adults Halloween Party and treated more than 400 people, including children with disabilities and their families, to games, snacks, and a meal. The lodge also donated $1,000 to the Florida Sheriff’s Youth Ranches and $1,000 to the Angelus, a home for the severely handicapped, during the event. In other news, the lodge shipped 40 boxes of supplies to US troops serving overseas. The supplies and postage were donated at a Karaoke Party fund-raiser, which more than 300 people attended.
Bridgeport, CT, Lodge members shipped about 70 care packages, which contained toiletries, snacks, and towels, to US troops stationed in Iraq.
Milford, DE, Lodge donated $1,500 to Special Olympics Delaware and $1,500 to the Delaware Community Apprecia- tion Group, which holds an annual
