Age Group Competitive Team This highly regarded swim team continues to out-do and raise their level of expectations with each passing year. The Seal’s tradition of excellence includes setting and making goals at the local, state, and national level. Swimmers are encouraged every step of the way to strive to be the best that they can be. Become a part of our winning tradition! Practices are arranged by ability level and take place during the mornings and afternoons Monday through Saturday. Our High School level/Senior Swimmers have the unique opportunity to train in a college style system, utilizing our state of the art YMCA weightlifting facility. Swimmers must be a member of a Mission Valley YMCA (Friars Road) location.
