GROUP EXERCISE CLASS AND SCHEDULE INFORMATION Our YMCA offers a fun, power-packed variety of workout formats designed to introduce all aspects of fitness. Classes combine simple to challenging exercises, including cardio endurance with dynamic balance and stabilization along with flexibility. Classes may use a variety of tools to enhance your fun and fitness while fusing the total package of spirit, mind and body. When you look at fitness, remember that it's more than just exercising. It is not just about your weight control, strength, and endurance. Fitness is a combination of all of these and more. To achieve your fitness goals, you need to balance all its components (cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility). GROUP EXERCISE - BALANCE AND STABILITY This class is designed to teach stability, strength and flexibility to help improve balance and reduce the risk of falling. Suitable for all levels.

GROUP EXERCISE - INDOOR CYCLING Build strength and endurance while climbing, sprinting, and cruising through a virtual, non-impact bike ride. This cardiovascular and strength workout is performed to music. Classes can be moderate to high intensity, and run 45 to 75 minutes in length (please check monthly schedules). Bring your water bottle and cycling shorts or a gel seat cover.
