WATER EXERCISE CLASS AND SCHEDULE INFORMATION Jump in, the water’s perfect. We have a variety of water exercise classes from aquatic personal training, arthritis classes, to deep water sweat. Any member who is age 15 and older will get a great workout.

Aqua-Fit A low impact class designed to improve cardiovascular health and fitness by focusing on aerobic exercise and muscle toning. (For beginner to advanced exercisers).


H2O Combo A great combination of gentle cardiovascular and power strength workout utilizing the maximum resistance of the water by increasing the amount of force applied in a vertical water exercise program. Using AquaLogix®


equipment, this


class will increase your upper and lower body muscle density and define your shape. (For intermediate exercisers).


H2O Mind/Body Mind/Body in the water. Fusion of Ai Chi, Pilates, balance, and stretching. (For intermediate exercisers).


H2O Strength Training


Aimed specifically at body sculpting and toning. AquaLogix®


water’s resistance are used to strengthen muscles. Movements are powerful yet controlled, working full muscle extension to complete muscle contraction. (For intermediate exercisers).


Total Body Workout H2O (TBW) Total Body Workout in the water will feature strength training to tone and strengthen the upper and lower body and abdominals. Also includes a gentle cardiovascular workout. Class uses a variety of water resistant equipment including our new AquaLogix®


. (For intermediate to advanced exercisers).


Hydro Healing Class is appropriate for participants dealing with chronic health conditions, such as fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s or arthritis. This class includes gentle aerobic conditioning while maximizing joint movement and overall mobility. For special-population exercisers. Medical Clearance Required (form available online). (For beginning exercisers).

Deep Water Power Deep water strength training uses AquaLogix equipment to tone and strengthen your entire body. (For intermediate to advanced exercisers).


Deep Water Sweat With zero impact even simple movements, like running, become a challenge with the resistance of the water. A complete cardiovascular workout using buoyancy belts and resistance bells. (For intermediate to advanced exercisers).


Synchronized Swim Join our group of members who have fun learning basic synchronized swim moves and put together a routine for fun. (For intermediate to advanced exercisers).


YEXPRESS ORIENTATIONS Meet with a Wellness Coach and learn how to use this 30-minute, self- directed circuit training workout.
