Play your selected recording excerpts, stopping before each word or phrase you have identified. Give students time to write down their predictions, then continue playing the recording to check.
The idea is that students can generally predict the relevant words/phrases/ideas used. They do not need to match the recording word for word.
Alternatively, you may want to do this by reading out the relevant parts of the transcript.
