Procedure Heat phase A and phase C to 70˚C. Add phase A to phase C, emulsify and homogenise. Cool down while stirring. At 40˚C add phase B and phase D while stirring. Add suitable perfume, antioxidant and preservative system. Note: phase D can also be added directly to phase C before the heating step.

Procedure Heat phase A and phase B up to 75˚C-80˚C. Keep phase A under stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids. Add phase B into phase A and keep under stirring for 5 minutes. Add phase C and phase D into phase AB under slow stirring and mix for 3 minutes. Pour the formula in moulds immediately. Let cool down for 10 minutes. Procedure Phase A: disperse the Ultrez 10 in water and allow to swell for 15 minutes. Heat phase B until dissolution then add it to phase A. Heat phase (A+B) to 75˚C. Weigh phase D and heat to 75˚C. Pour phase D into phase (A+B) with helix stirring (s=800). At 60˚C, add phase C, then add phase E at around 45˚C. At around 35˚C add phase F, then add phase G and phase H. Homogenise well.
