Kevin, is bingo evolving and how do your products reflect the change taking place?


When I landed my first job in the industry as a bingo chat host in 2008, it was a huge advantage having the real estate of a monitor. You could be more creative in what you displayed on the screen, and with the ability to play and chat, it was possible to create a sense of community that online bingo was known for. Over the last few years, the experience has had to evolve rapidly as we now operate in a “mobile-first” world.


With that in mind, we’ve created interactive promotional mechanics tailored to mobile bingo players. For example, our latest mechanic asked players to tap their screens repeatedly to crack an easter egg to reveal a prize. It wasn’t anything ground-breaking, but it was something a little bit different that players enjoyed during the Easter period.

easier to use. Whilst it is in its infancy and is a free to play product for now, we have some ideas that will help to differentiate ourselves from others. We see a lot of potential in this space to get creative and make online bingo a far more immersive experience. I hope we get to showcase this over the years to come.


In which jurisdictions are your bingo products present?


As it stands, our plug and play bingo solution is free to play so it can be integrated into any website, anywhere in the world. We actually class our solution as a marketing, advertising and entertainment platform because it can do some clever stuff. Our partnership approach means we’ll work with the interested party to ensure they understand how to best maximise what we have to offer.

More and more emphasis is being placed on the player safety measures both by regulators and the industry. Does bingo provide a safer option for players when compared to other products? If so, how?


I find it crazy, but there are a large number of people in the world who do not even consider bingo as gambling. Tere are lots of reasons why this is, but as illogical as it seems to me the reality is that it’s an advantage to someone with a bingo product.


Does it provide a safer option? Yes, but it depends on who is operating the experience. Bingo is a fantastic product for many reasons, and one of them is the number of “levers” you can control. Tis includes the speed of the ball calls, the number of games, the ticket price, the prize pot, the number of tickets and more… it’s all configurable.
