Konami Gaming’s SYNKROS casino management system has been selected by Happy Valley Casino in State College, Pennsylvania. Targeted for grand opening in 2026, Happy Valley Casino is the latest gaming destination to be awarded a Category 4 licence by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
