What's your assessment of how GR8 Tech's product suite has evolved this year? Have development targets been met?


It’s been a wild year in terms of growing our revenue, clients and, of course, in product development. We increased our number of clients eight-fold and scaled significantly in revenue. On the product development front, we invested a lot in automation to create a solution that allows operators to manage the platform on their own. Tis solution means they will be more flexible in creating unique user experiences for their players and their operational managers will spend less time on routine tasks.


Our focus has been on our vital turnkey and white label solutions, whilst adding new products to the product portfolio. We now have a fully-fledged sportsbook iFrame solutions that can be easily integrated with any casino platform. Our casino aggregation solution streamlines access to all integrated casino provider games. Here at SiGMA Europe, we are presenting our latest product, Aff.Tech, a high- performance affiliate platform designed for affiliate management and tracking. Tis platform is already integrated with our platform that has millions of players meaning that, as of now, we can sell it, establish new clients and extend our market reach.


Could you tell us more about Aff.Tech?


We describe Aff.Tech as a high-performance platform because it's built around the performance of affiliate marketing and is focused on providing partners with a deep level of data with near real-time analytics. Of course, the platform has those must-have features such as data visualisation, content management, payments, everything like that, but with Aff.Tech you also decrease customer acquisition costs and work more efficiently. Ultimately, Aff.Tech has been built with a data-driven approach to offer a high level of quality data provision.


Every market and region has its own distinct mentality and mindset. What investments is GR8 Tech making into its geo-specifying its products? For example, in Asian markets such as India and Japan?

personalisation because the main goal of a platform is to provide something standardised and universal to scale commercially. At the same time, this reality isn’t achievable because player behaviour and betting patterns significantly differ from one region to the next. Moreover, there are several technical barriers to enter different markets such as the speed of internet, different devices, long distances between data centres, and so on.


For example, in Africa we ascertained a deep understanding of the pains and needs of the market through comprehensive discussions and interviews with clients and players. Having done our research, we decided it would be easier not to modify our existing solution but essentially create a unique and new front-end system specifically for African players. And it is delivering the results. In regions like Eastern Europe, Western Europe and some markets on the outskirts of Europe, our solution has only required some minor tweaks. In other markets, such as Latin America, we have created a number of widgets that operators can use to create unique front ends. For Asia, it's the same story. We are creating some unique solutions to address client needs and their players’ behavioural patterns in every country.


You mentioned in your previous answer that GR8 Tech has scaled its client base eight-fold in 2024. How are you scaling up the commercial side of the business whilst keeping personalisation and customisability at the heart of your business proposition?

But at GR8 Tech we don’t speak about macro regions as they don’t work for a high-performing platform. We invest money not only in new feature development, but in customising and improving features that we already have such as content, onboarding, the registration
