COST & TERM OF THE LICENCE
1) Land-based betting on sport competitions and horse/dog races / on random events and betting on knowledge of facts
Licence can be awarded for 10 years if the operator’s net assets (e.g. gaming equipment, software, premises, repair costs, etc. related to the operator's gambling activities) exceeds ~ US$5,391,000. Te general term is five years.
One-time licence fee is US$161,740.
Tere is also a requirement to have net assets in amount of not less than US$1,348,000 and provide funds for organising the game in the amount of not less than US$539,000 in order to obtain a license;
2) Slot machines hall
License can be awarded 10 years if the operator’s net assets (e.g. gaming equipment, software, premises, repair costs, etc. related to the operator's gambling activities) exceeds US$268,800. Te general term is five years.
License fees divide between license’s term and population of a place where a slot machine hall is established.

A five-year licence: one-time licence fee in amount of ~ US$40,400 for settlements with a population of up to 500,000 inhabitants, or one-time license fee in amount of ~ US$80,900 for settlements with a population of more than 500,000 inhabitants.
A 10-year licence: one-time licence fee in amount of ~ US$ 80,800 for settlements with a population of up to 500,000 inhabitants, or one-time license fee in amount of ~ US$161,800 for settlements with a population of more than 500,000 inhabitants.
Tere is also a requirement to have net assets in amount of not less than ~ US$138,600 and provide funds for organising the game in an amount of not less than ~ US$110,800 in order to obtain the license. Share capital of the operator should not be less than US$277,200.
3) Land-based casino
License can be awarded 10 years if the operator’s net assets (e.g. gaming equipment, software, premises, repair costs, etc. related to the operator's gambling activities) exceeds US$1,618,000. Te term is five years.
One-time licence fee amounts to US$161,700 for five years licence or US$333,000 for 10 years licence.

Tere is also a requirement to have net assets in amount of not less than US$539,000 and provide funds for organizing the game in an amount of not less than US$323,400 in order to obtain the license. Share capital of the operator should not be less than US$809,000.
4) Online gambling (including online betting on sport competitions and horse/dog races / on random events and betting on knowledge of facts, online casino, online lottery)
License can be awarded 10 years if the operator’s net assets (e.g. gaming equipment, software, premises, repair costs, etc. related to the operator's activities) exceeds US$1,075,000. Te general term is five years. One-time license fee amounts to US$215,600.
Tere is also a requirement to have net assets in amount of not less than US$540,100 for both types of online betting, and in an amount of not less than US$324,100 for other types of online gambling.
Operator should also provide means for organising the game in an amount of not less than US$554,400 in order to obtain a licence. Share capital of the operator should not be less than US$832,000.
