Uplatform sets its sights upon more European markets

The onset of the global pandemic brought unforeseen challenges for sports betting and casino platform supplier Uplatform, most notably how to continue its launch into such a competitive space while most of the world headed into lockdown.

With 50 betting companies already signed to its platform from Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America, that launch can be seen as a success.

Uplatform is a sports betting and casino operating platform comprised of a team whose primary concern is operator success.

The platform offers comprehensive solutions, advanced tools, high-quality sports betting and casino products for the most complete business in today’s competitive market.

Head of Marketing, Maria Bashkevich, said: “We’re looking at licensing and certification so that we can work in more European betting markets, but we really are delighted with how things have gone. It is great

to be out on the road again, surrounded by familiar expo halls. You can really feel from everyone present just how important it is to be connecting with people in person during these challenging times, which was especially apparent introducing and presenting a new brand.

“Having a huge crowd visit our stand, we’ve proved that there’s a great interest shown towards new brands in the market. And in general, everyone is enthusiastic in welcoming more participants to widen the opportunities for clients.”

BetConstruct gets hands-on in Amsterdam

BetConstruct was at IGB Live! showing Hands-Do, a robotic dealer performing the functions of a real-life croupier in BetConstruct’s Live Studio.

Hands-Do optimises live casino studios by excluding human errors, increasing the accuracy of the deal, and reduces operator staff expenses by creating an automated 24/7 gaming experience.

Levon Hambardzumyan, the creator of Hands-Do, explains: “Te idea of Hands-Do was developed during the pandemic as we looked at ways to make live dealer even more efficient. Te job of a dealer is manual labour. By no means do we intend to replace the human-to-player type of communication that a live casino offers, instead we provide an alternative by creating something that was unimaginable. We believe this type of dealing could be particularly well received by the technology-loving Asian players.

“Te first two games adapted for Hands-Do are Baccarat and Dragon Tiger. However, the technology will allow us to roll-out Hands-Do to deal any card game. We’re also hoping to have GLI approval in the next few months.

“We can offer Hands-Do with any sort of customisation from the colour of the arm and the inclusion of company logos and betting brands. Te design of the robotic arm can also be changed. Hands-Do provides a unique and one-of-a-kind gaming experience. We believe this type of player- casino interaction can be highly marketable towards players who expect something out of their ordinary from their entertainment.”
