LIVE CASINO ONLINE ONETOUCH

OneTouch: speed is of the essence

Earlier this year, OneTouch partnered with VIP high roller casino, Bombay Club, to launch a series of new online live casino games. Petra Maria Poola, Head of Operations and Business Development, explains the rationale behind the partnership and the challenge of developing these games with single- touch interactivity.

OneTouch partnered with VIP high roller casino Bombay Club to launch a series of new online live casino games. How did the partnership come about?

As an industry-leading games developer we ensure we partner with the finest possible companies and the Bombay Club was exactly that. To partner with a business that is as focused as we are on creating the best online casino customer experience and incorporating a range of first-class offerings was a great way forward.

Te partnership lets OneTouch and Bombay Live Studios to create and provide the premium live baccarat, roulette and blackjack games to our high-roller target audience. It also allows us to provide our players with a first-class experience, both online and land- based. With a diverse range of classic table games on offer, as well as a luxurious betting area and dedicated VIP room, our product is set to be one of the greatest in the iGaming market.

The main issue when designing games focused on mobile is understanding and

anticipating how players like to use these devices. The player profiling is an important and most difficult part of the

process as each market has its own needs. For example, with slots it’s clear that players do not like to change the

orientation of their device to landscape and prefer the

natural orientation of holding their phone upright.

What gap in the live casino market did you identify? What differentiates your products from others in the live casino space?

With an industry shift towards using more and more mobile, we realised that focusing on mobile-first games would benefit us in the long term. Our live games have been designed with a mobile-first approach, maintaining effortless gameplay and single-touch interactivity.

What differentiates us is our level of detail and production of high-end products which are easy to use and designed with our VIPs in mind. Our products allow for multi-table betting, which isn’t possible in land-based venues, while they also run at a significantly faster pace than traditional live dealer games.

Terefore, partnering with Bombay Club helped us to create the product based on iGaming markets needs and to launch a digital live games product which will reinvent the luxury casino space.

Did you face any difficulties developing the games to ensure they retained the single- touch interactivity OneTouch's games are known for?
