Low-Temperature Solder Pastes From SHENMAO
San Jose, CA — SHENMAO is now offering low-temperature solder paste, the PF735-PQ10. The solder paste is made with a modified Sn/Bi alloy, which offers better duc- tility in comparison with the SN/58Bi or Sn/57Bi/1Ag alloy.
PF735-PQ10 can be re-
flowed with peak tempera- tures as low as 311°F (155°C) and provides good solderabili- ty. In addition, it reduces de- fects, such as voids and hot tearing on SAC/LTS hybrid joints, increasing drop and thermal reliability. SHENMAO has been suc-
