Verwood Famous for its ancient fairs, carnivals and the panorama from Stephen’s Castle, revealing buildings on the cliffs at Bournemouth and more.
Wimboorne Minster
Wimborne Minster Te town is famed for its pretty streets, hidden courtyards and Wimborne Market, open every weekend and one of the largest markets in the south of England. For trips on the river there are boats to hire, keep an eye out for wildlife including swans and kingfishers.

Shapwick
A beautiful petite village with unusual history, on the River Stour and overlooked by the ancient hill fort of Badbury Rings.
Sturminster Marshall In the Stour valley, noted for the National Trust White Mill and the two triangular greens, one with the maypole, the other with the village stocks. Te food pubs are excellent and the famous Barford Farm ice- cream is made here.
WALFORD MILL CRAFTS is a flagship contemporary craft gallery in Dorset and a National Portfolio Organisation of Arts Council England. Situated in Wimborne Minster, the craft centre offers exhibitions and craft education along with a gallery shop, showcasing high quality, handmade items made by the best in Contemporary Craft. The Millstream Bistro is a fantastic place to visit, with its friendly staff and a varied menu this is a great place to eat with family and friends.
