Come Diet With Me
by JOANNE DELANEY Only 1lb down this
week, but hey a loss is a loss.
My consultant ad-
vised me I may plateau in week 4-5 so this was the week for that! Still cannot get over
the change in my ap- petite, I always feel full and most of the time I don’t feel deprived. I’ve had my fair share
of slips along the way, for instance, I was out and about all week last week, and I didn’t have time the night before to prep my lunch, actually I lie, I did have the time I just didn’t want to .
So the Friday evening
I realised I had forgot- ten to eat so I ran to the nearest place which was Mc Donald’s and grabbed a chicken wrap... Not the greatest of ideas but it was so good.. But I had a pang of guilt almost immedi- ately – probably not the worst thing I’ve done on my journey but hey I’m

only human! The ladies in Moti-
vation Weight Manage- ment are amazing, if it wasn’t for their bouts of encouragement I don’t have
think I would stayed on plan.
Each and every person in Motivation Weight Management have gone through
the plan, so they know exactly what
they are talking about, and know it works. It’s so crazy how your mind works, and how not following the plan can affect your mind set, not only that but it affects how you think about food as a whole – it’s truly incredible. This week marks
week 5 on the plan, and I’m thrilled to be 24lb
down and counting. My hope is to hit my 2
stone before Christmas and I will! I know it’s not going
to be an easy road, espe- cially at Christmas with so many gilts of temp- tation, and I may slip from time to time, but that’s ok.

Having dry skin can be a pain, you try all sorts and nothing seems to take away the flaky forehead, Most soaps I have used in the past can really dry out your skin, I always find the store brands to leave a sticky residue even after you wash it off, so this week I put a challenge out to find a really good home- made Irish
branded
soap to see if I could find a good fit for my skin.
And I think I have
found my love for soap again, Based in Macroom Soap Dreams soap is made from goats milk, it is perfect for those
suffering with Eczema and other dried skin issues, the soap gives you such a fresh feel- ing along with a stun- ning (depending on your preference) Rose Geranium fresh scent . I couldn’t believe the
difference in my skin after just two days! And given that
it’s a
natural homemade soap it made me hap- py!! “Once you’ve tried them, you don’t want to use anything else!” The handmade soap is made at their home in Macroom Co. Cork. They don’t sell our soap through shops and prefer the small scale, “small is beau- tiful” approach to life! In a quote from Peta
@eastcorkjournal / #eastcorkjournal
“We’ve being making a living selling our hand- made soap through lo- cal farmers’ markets and craft fairs for the last eight years.” Handmade soap is our passion, and it is our dream to create beautiful scented soaps that feel lovely on your hands and are good for your skin. Our hand- made soaps are made from pure natural in- gredients, vegetable oils, Irish spring water and scented with pure essential oils and flow- ers and herbs from our garden. If you fancy treating
yourself to a luxurious chemical free lather of goodness... Then look no more contact:

by JOANNE DELANEY Just Balm is incredi-
ble!!!! I used it on my face for only three days and the difference is insane… nat- ural is the way to go peeps! Have you dry irritated
skin? Have you sensitive or al-
lergy prone skin? Have you a new born or
small children? Do you ever suffer from
split ends, shaving rash or dry scalp? Do you need a product
that will work for your nails, hands, feet, face and body? Wouldn’t you like to fi- nally get a product that’s natural and works a treat and can be used on the whole family? Now I know, you have
probably tried some nat- ural products that made massive claims and I know
it’s impossible that
to believe this will work when
you have tried so many products that didn’t work for you before.
Here is what
makes the Nia Just Balm different: • Its 100% natural so it’s
completely healthy to use • It gets rid of flakiness
easily with its unique blend of butters and oils mean- ing no more white flakes on my black clothes,,., • It’s free from fragrance

love about Motivation Weight Management is that
they also provide
support online 24/7 via the Motivation Weight Management support group, where you can get tips hints and even swap recipes, this makes things so much easier. So here’s to an excel-
