Taste Arctic Cuisine A mouthwatering 3-hour experience starting off with a stroll along the quay of Tromsø to take in the boats and world of the seafarers. Your guide talks about one of the world’s most dangerous occupations; fisherman. Walk to KYSTENS HUS, Tromsø´s architectural diamond and the host of a restaurant and several delicatessen counters offering local products straight out of the sea or from local farms and reindeer herd- ers. The chef will introduce you to different fish found in the Arctic Sea, and also reindeer meat, frequently eaten by the local Sámi population, who live and travel with their reindeer.
