DAY 2: San José-Puerto Limón / Embarkation After breakfast, transfer from the hotel to Puerto Limón for embarkation. On the way, enjoy a boat tour on the Tortuguero Canals, known as Costa Rica´s Amazon due to the surrounding rainforest with rich flora and fauna. Lunch will be served in a local restau- rant before you continue to Puerto Limón for embarkation on MS Fram. The transfer incl. excursion and lunch takes about 8 hours.
Planned itinerary post-programme DAY 1: Disembarkation/Puerto Limón-San José After disembarkation, transfer from the pier in Puerto Limón to San José. On the way, enjoy a boat tour on the Tortuguero Canals, known as Costa Rica´s Amazon due to the surrounding rainforest with rich flora and fauna. Before going to San José and your hotel, a stop will be made at a local restaurant to taste the flavours of Costa Rica. Check-in at your hotel and rest of the day at your leisure. San José and the Parador Resort & Spa will take you to the Pacifi c Ocean, to the Manuel Antonio National Park (transfer time is approx. 3 hours). After arrival at the Parador Resort & Spa, spend time at your leisure or join an optional tour that can be booked and paid at the tour desk at the hotel. You have a choice of hiking, adventure or ocean tours to explore the Manuel Antonio National Park and surroundings. The hotel is modelled after the traditional Spanish “para- dores”. It off ers all the expected amenities of a deluxe resort, with European refi nement and a warm tropical touch. DAY 4: Quepos (Manuel Antonio)/San José In the early afternoon the hotel shuttle bus will take you back to San José. Rest of the day at leisure and overnight.

On the way, enjoy a boat tour on the Tortuguero Canals, known as Costa Rica´s Amazon due to the surrounding rain- forest with a rich fl ora and fauna.
