Dina Dwyer-Owens is the executive chairwoman of The Dwyer Group. She is also known for participating in the hit reality show Undercover Boss USA. Dina leads by example and credits a growing team for the franchise family she presides over today. Dina is a certifi ed franchise executive with


more than 30 years’ experience, having grown up in The Dwyer Group. The business includes seven franchise brands and over 1,600 locations globally through direct franchising and master licence agreements including Mr. Electric and Rainbow International, who are exhibiting at the event. In 2005, Dina launched the ‘Live R.I.C.H.’ campaign to promote The Dwyer Group Code of Values and the themes of Respect, Integrity, Customer Focus and ‘Having fun in the process to a growing company’. She also released her book, Live R.I.C.H.: How to build success in your company and your life with a proven code of values.

Jamie is a 22-year-old entrepreneur who has previously been shortlisted as one of the Top 20 Young People in the World 2012, a title once held by former US President, John F Kennedy. Jamie started in enterprise aged 12 selling unwanted items at school. By the time he was 15 he was making around £500 per week from fi ve market stalls across Birmingham. At the age of 16, Jamie left school with little qualifi cations but won a place on the Peter Jones Pathfi nder course as one of 28 from nationwide applicants. Aged 18, Jamie co-founded a printing organisation, which went on to eventually hold clients such as Aston Villa, Ikea and Asda. Jamie successfully exited this business at the age of 20. Since then, Jamie has gone on to work with governments and educational organisations from around the world on developing youth entrepreneurship eco-systems. Jamie now spends most of his time as a director at consultancy Spark Global Education.
